How do I book?
The hall has an online booking system.
How should the hall be left after an event?
The hall should be left as it was found by the hirer. Any breakages or issues should be recorded in the comments book and a member of the committee notified. All rubbish should be placed in black bin bags which are found in the kitchen and then placed in the storage areas under the kitchen.
Can I use all the kitchen equipment?
Apart from the gaggia coffee machine (which needs to be operated by a trained person), all kitchen equipment is available for use but please see our booking page for charges. All instruction books are available on site, and we can arrange for a walkthrough by a committee member before your event, should you wish. Please check all details with the bookings officer before hand.
How do I adjust the heating?
At the moment, there are 2 x oil filled radiators and an extremely effective wood burner. Please contact us know before hand and we will set the fire prior to your event and show you how to maintain it during your function.
Who do I contact in case of an emergency?
In the event of last minute cancellations, please contact our bookings officer on 07798671087.

What do I do if I want to sell alcohol?
The hall has no license to sell alcohol. You can bring your own to your event but if you wish to sell it, you will need to apply to the local council for a temporary event notice.
Under 18s are not permitted to consume alcohol at the venue.
What access is there for disabled?
